P R O D U C T I O N S

Due to complications, the only 'product' we'll be showing this year is Quake Domination, along with a, erm, nice, mp3 Plumb put together for QExpo. We hope you enjoy it. Heres the link.

Features

- Intense Domination style gameplay in the fierce world of Quake
-
FrikbotX, modified for Domination style gameplay
- Full id map Domination support
- New maps specifically for Domination
- Extend your Domination experience by adding control points to your favorite maps with the open source (released: after final version)+
- Full TomazQuake support
- Access to generic_object and generic_sound in editing for creating your own truly unique Domination maps!*
- An offhand grappling hook for the spider monkey in all of us, and if thats not your thing the server admin can disable it to keep the game down to earth!
- LIT files for all the Domination specific maps, giving a little color into your Domination life for those who use supporting engines (TomazQuake, DarkPlaces, etc.)
- Weapon animations altered for interpolation support
- Enhanced weapon skins for source ports supporting transparency for that extra effect
- FULL source release after final version?

+When the source is released, you will be able to add Domination support to existing maps for your own use against bots, or for your server! Full details of how to do this will be released with the source.

*generic_object and generic_sound allow you to place any model, or any ambient sound or music into your map quickly and easily. No code changes are required, so experienced and starting-out mappers can make use of them with ease. And, when used in conjunction with recent engines such as TomazQuake, you can add your own level of transparency to those models within the map - the only limitation is your own imagination!

?When the QC source code is released, you're free to make your own additions to Q1Dom! You could create your own variant game mode, or port your weapons modification to the new Domination mode!
